Introduction

 

  As we have chosen English as second subject we have decided to make a cultural part in which we will mainly speak of the jelly, an English dessert.

  Jelly is produced of gelatine and we will thus begin with describing the gelatine’s history.

  Afterwards we will explain some commercials and the extension of consummation.

  Finally we will try to find the reasons for which jelly is liked so much and we will also present the variety of English recipes containing gelatine as well as two recipes as examples.
