Conclusion

 

 

Due to all we have written in the precedent part we can conclude that gelatin – in former times as well as today – is much used in the English kitchen.

To answer our problem, we can say that the English include the gelatin in many of their dishes but that they use gelatine mainly for desserts and cakes.

But everyone's favourite food containing gelatine will no doubt always be the traditional, famous jelly!
